Necrocasticon

Necrocasticon, where we blend horror fiction with heavy metal. Each week we’ll find a common link between a horror property and heavy metal music and talk about it. Our esteemed panel of experts in the field of metal and all things that are scary includes our host and moderator; author Thomas R Clark, Mr. Scott, Smoking Walt Ball, Sgt Fury Dan Roberts, and Uncle Skip Novak. Not to mention, each week we’ll feature special guests from the worlds of hard rock music and the horror genre in print and on the screen!

Welcome to Volume 3 chapter 11 of The Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network's podcast that blends horror and heavy metal properties with a common connection. This is a very special edition of The Necrocasticon, kids and one you don't want to miss!

This time around, your host, fledgling horror writer and veteran podcaster Tom Clark, is coming to you LIVE from Scares That Care in Williamsburg, Virginia, and with him is NOT our usual band of metal & horror experts at Project Entertainment Network, oh, no. Alas, Mr. Scott, Smoking Walt Ball and Bob Overlord of Yonkers, er – we mean Azriel Mordecai, weren't able to make the trip to Virginia with Tom, however we do have a few excellent replacements for this somewhat live show.

Elizabeth Gray, the Head Hauntress at the Archivists Bet on Sexy Witches podcast, future comic book legend and Eisner & Harvey nominated jack of trades in the comic book industry, not to mention Iron Maiden's biggest fan, Rachel Autumn Deering. And finally, a former guest on the Necrocasticon, our own personal Jason Statham, author Mike Duke!

Tom and the celebrity fill in panel revisited some classic territory from earlier chapters of the Necrocasticon, diving into Cyber Horror and its music. From Richard Stanley's Hardware to Al Jorgeson and Ministry, to Iron Maiden Somewhere In Time, we're going to scare you with technology, and make some music with it while we're at it.
