Necrocasticon, where we blend horror fiction with heavy metal. Each week we’ll find a common link between a horror property and heavy metal music and talk about it. Our esteemed panel of experts in the field of metal and all things that are scary includes our host and moderator; fledgling horror writer, veteran podcaster and internet journalist Token Tom Clark, musician Maxx Axe, horror fan Smoking Walt Hades and artist, musician and all around creepy guy, Azriel Mordecai. Not to mention, each week we’ll feature special guests from the worlds of hard rock music and the horror genre!

Welcome to Volume 3 chapter 14 of the Necrocasticon, the podcast that blends horror and heavy metal into a head banging, bloody smoothie. Your host and moderator, author Tom Clark and with him is our panel of metal & horror experts at Project Entertainment Network, musician Mr. Scott, our jack of all interests Smoking Walt Ball and musician & artist Azriel Mordecai.

Last week was all about the metal when we talked to Hungry Jack. This week we're all about the horror as we catch up on the movies, TV and books that have been piling up. We're hitting all the bases. From the not quite horror but deserves a mention, movies like War of the Planet of the Apes to TV like Game of Thrones. From Preacher to 68 Kill and to Annabelle Creation and everything in between, we're opening a can of critical whoop ass for your pleasure this week, peeps & perps.

But we can't do that alone, oh no. Joining us this week will be our brother from another mother, South FL film critic, freelance journalist, and co-host of The Curtain Jerkers podcast here at Project Entertainment Network, Steve Mesa. Steve has our exclusive review of ANOTHER WOLF COP from its debut at Popcorn Frights in Miami this past weekend, guys! Yes he's seen the film and is here to talk about it with us.

Our metal focus this week takes us to Walt's Smoker and a doomy trip to the dark side of the moon as we dig deep into a project by members of The Sword: DOOM SIDE OF THE MOON, a release that could very well be in our top 10 list for album of the year, or not, as the case may be.

But that's not all, Mr Scott gives the ax handle to a grand forefather in arms.
